Photography & Video

All photography packages come with film, processing, negative release and approx 1.5hr shoot time. Quotes on request.

Wedding Photo Package: 40 photos
Wedding Photo Package: 80 photos
Koka Package: 80 photos PLUS 3 extra locations on the island
 

Professional DVD Package: includes pre wedding consultation meeting with service provider, shoot time and editing. Your DVD contains approx 2 hours of footage. DVD package include video also. VHS-PAL or NTSC format

 

Payment Policy

Deposit:
A minimum deposit of NZ$ 500 is required to confirm the booking. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and a signed Terms & conditions Form. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another client if a deposit is not received within 10 working days of making the reservation.

Payment:
The full value of the Wedding package must be paid 30 days prior to the wedding date unless otherwise agreed.
An open bar tab must be settled on day of wedding.
Any additional services provided must be settled on day of wedding.



 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellation Fees: cancellation of the wedding will result in the following fee:
· Over 6 months prior to wedding – no fee
· 6 Months to 2 Weeks prior to wedding date – $500
· Within 14 days of wedding - 25% cancellation fee

We require notice of cancellation two weeks in advance (14 days).

Cancellations within 14 days of function will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
