Our menus are supplemented by a selection of daily Chefs specials designed to take advantage of Rarotonga’s best seasonal fruits, vegetables and daily catch of fresh fish. Dishes may change with the availability of produce and we apologise if the menu item requested is not available. As all our food is ‘cooked to order’, please advise us if you have time constraints. Otherwise, sit back, relax and enjoy your dining experience!

Lunch

French fries – Seasoned basket of fries, with tomato sauce. $5.50 [Extra tomato sauce – $1]

Island Fries – A selection of local root starches – kumara, taro, maniota, & amoa served with chilli mayonnaise. $7.50 [Extra chilli mayo – $1.50]

Sails Waffle stack – Belgium waffles w banana and berry couli served with vanilla ice cream and almond praline. $14

Classic Roast Beef sammie – Toasted foccacia sandwich filled with Roast beef, cheese , onions and harrisa (chilli paste) served with salad. $17.50

Ta’akoka eggs – Poached eggs served on sauté mushrooms, red onions, and local pinape finished w garlic butter served over toasted German rye
with tomato relish. $15.50

Raro style Felafel salad – Spiced chickpea patties served over a salad of mixed leaf, olives, pine nuts, tomato, and feta cheese w hummus deluxe croutons. $17.50

Roasted Pork on Rye – Tender roasted pork loin sandwich filled with lettuce, tomato, dill pickle and a horseradish beetroot cream. $19.50

Tau's Broadbill Salad – Pan fried Broadbill in garlic butter and lemon juice served on a tossed salad of Cous cous, brie cheese, tomato,
fresh herbs, mixed leaf topped w cranberry sauce. $17.50

Smoked Chicken Wrap – A flour tortilla filled with tender smoked chicken strips and tomato, red beans and cheese grilled and served with green pawpaw coleslaw and chutney $17.50

Sails Classic fishcakes – Thai spiced fishcakes served over Asian vegetable salad of bok choy green pawpaw, cucumber and fresh herbs w a sesame ginger soy dressing, peanut shrimp paste and prawn crackers. $18.50

Raurau Manea – A platter of traditional Cook Island food, Roast pork, spiced Rukau, Kinaki fries, Raro potato salad,
Poke and E kai akari epetoma (this weeks coconut special) $19.50

Sails Antipasto – Spanish black olives, feta cheese, hummus, basil pesto, Smoked chicken, balsamic olive oil and foccacia bread. $19.50

ENTREES

Summer Miso soup – flavour full fish broth finished w miso served w poached ginger fish dumplings and bok choy. $12.50

Sails crispy wontons – Filled with spiced fish mix and served on crispy salad with Big D’s chilli coconut dipper. $14.00

Chefs Summer Risotto– Italian Aborio rice flavoured with feta and parmesan cheese topped with steamed Broccoli ,
roast Almonds and Asparagus. $14.50

Sails Classic fish cakes – Thai spiced fishcakes served over Asian vegetable salad with a light sesame ginger soy dressing,
peanut shrimp paste and prawn crackers. $14.50

Thai beef salad – rare roasted beef marinated in chilli , lime and sesame. Served on a salad of green pawpaw, egg noodles, pinape,
